  8. Picture Studio:
  9.     *48 different levels of magnification.
  10.     *5 new tools which enable you to colour your old b/w scanned
  11. pictures, to shade your drawings properly, to use any small picture as
  12. a brush and even to paint with simulated water colour or oil-paint.
  13.     *Improved CUT and PASTE functions.
  14.     *A new keyboard-accessible palette.
  15.     *The old tools are improved (i.e. SHAPE now has more different
  16. shapes and FILL now features some new spectacular modes and effects).
